CHERRY BLOSSOM NAILS

Kon'nichiwa!
That's greetings from Japan!

Well, I am not in Japan now but aren't cherry blossoms in bloom in Japan?
And cherry blossoms have inspired me for this nail art. :)

So here is my new nail art. :))

There are branches of cherry tree with the blossoms on the index and ring finger and a cherry tree in full bloom on the middle finger. There are petals of cherry flower on the pinkie. But they look like pink raindrops I guess. :p

Here is the thumb. The thumb also features a cherry tree in bloom. ;)

I used light pink polish to paint the tree. But is the light pink too light? -_-

Another pic......(hehe)

These are the two pastel colors that I used mainly for the design- light pink and mint, apart from base coat, black-brown polish, rose pink acrylic paint for small dots to give a little depth and top coat.

I am giving a small tutorial for this. See if you can try doing it.

1. Apply base coat to your nails.
2. Sponge mint polish on your nails, covering half of the length of your nail at the most.

For tree:-
- Draw the stem and branches of the tree using black-brown polish.
- Using a dotting tool, apply small pink dots over and around the branches. If you do not       have a dotting  tool, you can use a bobby pin.  Make sure that the  branches are still a       little visible after dotting.
- Add small rose pink dots on the tree for a little depth.

For branch:-
- Draw the branch using black-brown polish.
- Dot light pink and rose pink on the branch, making sure that the branch is visible at some   point.

And, for the petals on pinkie, simply freehand them. Add top coat.

So this was the tutorial. Did you like it?
How was my nail art? Please do comment. I would like to hear from you.

And, the bird from earlier post, that was my pet parakeet.

Hope it was nice.
Thanks for visiting!!!!!!!

See you later..........
